The following Stop Tobacco Access to Kids Enforcement (STAKE) Act materials are available, free of charge, to tobacco retailers, law enforcement agencies, local tobacco retail licensing agencies, and California Department of Public Health (CDPH) / California Tobacco Prevention Program (CTPP)-funded agencies in California. These materials have been developed by the CDPH/CTPP to help you understand and promote the state tobacco control laws that affect retail businesses.
Order quantities are limited to 1,000 pieces for each material per calendar year, per agency.
