This poster is designed for students in middle and high school as a reminder of different ways to handle stress. Using the acronym “CALM,” the poster offers ideas for how to relax, take deep breaths, let go of stress, and exercise. The poster notes that smoking or vaping nicotine makes people feel more stressed over time and that one of the best ways to decrease stress is to avoid or quit using tobacco. It includes ways to contact Kick It California for support. The poster is designed to complement the CALM wallet card (J377).
