Age of Sale Warning Sign

This 8.5" x 3.66" sign is required by state law to be visible at each point of sale, by the California Business and Professions Code Section 22952. It is also required on each vending machine that sells tobacco products.

Adhesive-backed signs can be ordered free of charge by tobacco retailers, law enforcement agencies, local tobacco retail licensing agencies, and CDPH/CTPP-funded agencies in California. Orders are limited to 1,000 pieces annually.
